Heart Technique – A GPS for the soul

So many people are searching for inner happiness, but are looking in the wrong direction. You do not find a more enlightened state of being “out there”. Enlightenment is already there, it is your soul’s awareness, but different thoughts and emotions created by the ego prevent us from experiencing it fully.

When we believe that the world of the ego is real, we experience our thoughts and feelings as defining who we are. We go through life gathering a variety of beliefs and clinging to them with misplaced certainty, fearful to let them go, fearful that if “this does not define me, what does then and who am I?”

When caught up in the belief that the world of the ego is real, we perceive that we are our thoughts, our beliefs and our feelings. This is when we experience life much like a roller coaster ride, the outer circumstances defining whether we are “up” or “down”. You then become dependent upon someone or something from the outer world to provide you with inner feelings of peace and happiness. But of course, this never lasts.

The Heart Technique® offers a method to expand your own experiences beyond your thoughts and feelings and far beyond your ego-identity alone. The daily practice of the Heart Technique® promotes the direct experience of all of who you are – your ego-self and your soul-self. Using the Heart Technique®, you can effortlessly train your awareness to shift from constant ego-perception to a more and more soul-based awareness. This could be called learning to live 200% of life.

Once you become more familiar with your soul-self, you become less caught up in the ego identity. You begin to experience life from a very different place with a different perception/conciousness altogether. It is in this “stillness” – and for no outer reason – that you are much more peaceful with greater trust, inner joy and presence. More of your soul qualities emerge, dissolving fear, anger, resentment, worry, separation and judgment.

The purpose of the Heart Technique® is not to achieve a more spiritualized ego-self. It is not gaining more knowledge for the mind. Rather, it is to gain the direct experience of an open-heart, connecting you to your soul-self. This is the only way to directly know that you are more than your thoughts, more than your feelings and way more than the identity your ego has temporarily created for you.

“Peace.
It does not mean to be in a place where there
is no noise, trouble or hard work.
It means to be in the midst of those things
and still be calm in your heart.”
